G.S. Soundara Rajan

Born in 1955, after completing his B.Sc in Chemistry, started his career in 1976 in a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company, Organon. With sincere and dedicated work grew up in the organization to Regional Manager in 1990. Has work experience in Southern and Central parts of India as a senior Sales Manager. Left the service and started his own venture after serving Organon for 24 years. Mr.Rajan is known for excellent Man-management skills and people development. Mr.Rajan is responsible for the overall running of the Group and applies special attention in Renewable Energy Division.

Ali Shamshiri

Ali is an administration graduate. With 8 years in the renewable energy sector, he is responsible for the technical and business development of the company. With his direct involvement, he has achieved more than one million operating hours of heat pump systems, saving the environment and saving clients money.


Director- Project Management

S.RAVI is a Mechanical Engineer having 25 years of Engineering Experience in which he has spent more than10 years in Clean Energy Engineering. He has wide expertise in execution of projects on Clean Energy. He has presented papers in IIT Chennai on Heat Treatment. He founded the organization, Hybrid Solutions, which has been designing, manufacturing and marketing innovative energy efficient cooling technologies. He takes the responsibility of Execution of projects for Alldelite Business Group.

M. Jagadeeswaran

Director-Business Development

Jagadeeswaran is a Mechanical Engineer having 15 years of experience in the Engineering field. Worked in different organizations in Sales and Project Execution Teams. He founded the organization JVA Engineering and specializing installation of Pumps and Valves. His joining as Director Business Development will certainly help Alldelite Business Group to reach greater heights.


Director- Emerging Business

Mr.P.V.Chakrapani, an astute performer with 15 years of experience, including 6 Months exposure to strategic selling, marketing analysis and product knowledge from Flowserve USA, in marketing, sales, techno commercial operations, client servicing, training Engineers. Resourceful at maintaining business relationship with clients and customers to achieve quality product and service norms by resolving their enquiry and order related critical issues. Engaged in preparing techno commercial offers for pumps, seals, motors / gears / steam turbines / engines / VFD, couplings, ARC valves, seal systems and APC Equipments (Bag Filters & ESPs).  Excellent Relationship Management, Analytical & Communication Skills.
